Only 16 days until the Iowa State Fair! With the Fair only a little over two weeks away I wanted to highlight some new things to look out for this year. Below are a few things I’m most excited about.

- Horse Barn Renovations
- Ron and Bev Shivers Family Plaza
- Highland Cattle Show
- Shade Structures at Susan Knapp Amphitheater
- Kids Makers Market in The Garden
- First-time Fairgoer Buttons
- New Pedestrian Entrance outside Gate 13
The Fairgrounds are buzzing all year long making these improvements and coming up with fun new activities for the Fair. None of this would be possible without our generous donors who enable us to continue to enhance the Iowa State Fair.
