Rain, rain go away...

Hi there!

It’s a little dark and stormy in the office right now, but I have just the thing to brighten up the afternoon for us all. Think about the sunny, warm and probably humid Fairgrounds we’ll all be meeting at in just 16 days. There will be plenty of sights and sounds to push all the rain from your mind. If you’re anything like me, one big thing occupying your time during the Fair is people watching. There are people from all over the state, country and even the world. There are people competing, camping, working and just having fun. There are people of every age, from a few weeks old to more than a few decades old. Even with all their differences, they all have one thing in common. They love the Iowa State Fair!

If you love the Fair and people watching, the Blue Ribbon Foundation has something else you’ll love. Each year, Sticks designs and creates a custom plaque to commemorate the Fair. The theme this year? You guessed it—people watching.
