Thank you to our many volunteers who kept the Foundation’s tasks running smoothly at the 2025 Iowa State Fair.
Thank You Video
In 2025, nearly 670 Blue Ribbon Foundation volunteers donated their time and energy by selling merchandise and bottled water at the Foundation's many stands, plus managed two days of BINGO and hospitality for 1854 Society members. Volunteers spent 5,280 hours volunteering at the 2025 Iowa State Fair!
By utilizing volunteers, merchandise and water sales are more profitable, which allows the Foundation to dedicate more funds toward the Fairground’s renovation projects rather than to expenses.
The 2026 Iowa State Fair will take place from August 13-23.
