This 2003 addition to the Fairgrounds has provided more shade, seating and scenic beauty for Fairgoers to enjoy along the Grand Concourse. Shaded by young oak trees and decorated with personalized granite pavers and limestone blocks, Legacy Terrace offers another opportunity for Fair-goers to permanently display their memories.
